Details:
The working time of all Jesmonite® composites can be increased by adding a suitable Retarder to slow down the setting process.
A specific Retarder is available for
AC100, AC200 and AC300,
while a separate version is formulated for the cement-based systems
AC730, AC830 and AC930.
It is recommended that users carry out small-scale tests under controlled conditions, as variations in temperature and humidity can influence the setting and curing times.
Typical addition rate: 2 g – 8 g per kilogram of total mix
Mixing ratio: 2 g – 8 g per kg of blended material
