Jesmonite® Acrylic Sealer is a high-quality pure acrylic coating designed to protect and enhance Jesmonite surfaces. Formulated for compatibility with AC100 and AC300, it provides a flexible, durable finish that preserves the natural matte appearance of the material while offering reliable protection.
The updated formulation ensures smooth and effortless application—whether brushed, rolled, or sprayed—making it a popular choice among artists, makers, and designers who value ease of use paired with strong performance.
Beyond AC100 and AC300, Acrylic Sealer can also be used across a wide range of Jesmonite systems, including AC630, AC730, AC830, AC930, and AC84. When applied correctly, it forms a protective barrier that helps resist moisture, dirt, staining, and everyday wear.
Dilution (Acrylic Sealer): Up to 10–20% clean, cold tap water
This sealer is suitable for both interior and exterior applications. For outdoor projects, recoating is recommended every 6–10 years to maintain optimal protection. Please note that when paired with AC300 in outdoor environments, the level of protection may be reduced.
Application areas: Ideal for sculptures, decorative objects, architectural elements, furniture, panels, and restoration work. Acrylic Sealer offers dependable defence against moisture, dirt, and UV exposure while maintaining the visual character of Jesmonite finishes.
