SHIPPING POLICY

At EK Evolve Services Ltd (trading as EK Candle Supplies Cyprus), we take pride in handling our own logistics to ensure your supplies arrive safely. We use a combination of our in-house delivery van and trusted third-party couriers (ACS/AKIS Express).


1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 9:30 AM during warehouse hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM) are typically dispatched the same day.
  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.
  • Notifications: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is ready. If our in-house driver is delivering your order, we will notify you via phone.

2. IN-HOUSE VAN DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We provide direct home delivery to the following areas using our own EK Candle Supplies van:

Orders must be placed by 9:30 AM on the day of delivery to be included in that day’s route, depending on route’s available slots.

Remote Areas: Please note that home delivery is subject to driver accessibility; we reserve the right to determine if certain remote postcodes or rural areas fall outside our standard van route. In such cases, your order will be redirected to the nearest ACS/AKIS Express point.


3. SPECIAL NOTICE FOR PAPHOS CUSTOMERS

While Paphos is not yet covered by our in-house van route, we offer the following:

  • Free Delivery: All wholesale orders to Paphos AKIS Express Points are currently FREE of charge.
  • Future Updates: We are actively planning to expand our in-house van delivery to include Paphos in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

5. SHOP PICKUP

You are welcome to collect your order from our shop in Nicosia. However, please note that all orders are prepared by our warehouse team, which operates Monday to Friday only.

  • Order Cutoff: To collect a package on a Friday afternoon or Saturday, your order must be placed by Friday at 9:30 AM at the latest.
  • Wait for Notification: Please do not come to the shop until you have received a phone call or email confirming that your order is ready for pickup.
  • 8-Calendar Day Storage Limit: Due to limited space in our retail shop, we can only hold orders for eight (8) calendar days from the date they arrive (e.g., from Monday until the following Monday). After this 8-day period, unclaimed orders will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that a fee may be charged to have these orders sent back to the shop or redirected for delivery.

6. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If you choose delivery via ACS or AKIS Express, please collect your package promptly. Please check our Return & Refund Policy.

  • 10-Day Limit: Couriers will return packages to us if not collected within 10 days.
  • Reshipping: If an order is returned to us due to non-collection, the customer is responsible for the shipping expenses to have the order re-sent.
