What is Jesmonite® AC100?
AC100 is a water-based eco-resin.

Ratio: 2.5 Base : 1 Liquid
Examples:
250g Base + 100g Liquid
2.5kg Base + 1kg Liquid
25kg Base + 10kg Liquid

Easy to use: AC100 is very user-friendly, making it our most popular product in the Jesmonite® range, artists, designers, and hobbyists for casting and surface finishes.
Customisable: It can be coloured using pigments, and different things can be added to achieve different effects or textures.
Versatile: If you want a smooth finish or a highly detailed finish, Jesmonite® materials can achieve this.
Fast setting: It has a quick setting time.
Safe and eco-friendly: Being water-based, it is environmentally friendly compared to other traditional materials.
Durability: Once cured, it’s strong making creations long-lasting.

Information
  • Suitable for decorative cast objects, mould replication, and wall panels.
  • Working time: 5-15 minutes.
  • De-moulding time: 40 minutes, depending on the size of the mould.
  • Jesmonite® products have not been tested for food safety.
    • Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
